On the weekend we went and picked raspberries at one of our local u-pick it places. We had fun and were able to get 3 ice cream buckets full...plus some tummies... of lovely red raspberries. On Sunday, I made 14 pints of sugar free raspberry jam!! Iis made with Bernadin sugar free pectin and Splenda. It makes a lovely spreadable jam with good taste. Sure beats the ones you can buy at the store!
