One step closer....

We are one step closer to opening up our brick and mortar store!!! Yeah!!! We have a deal started with the sewing machines, sergers and long arm quilters!!!  We know how many we'll need to start with and how much room we'll need for any of them as well.  Did you know that there is such a beast as a sit down long arm quilter?? I thought I'd have to get a long arm, but was waffling because handicapped people wouldn't be able to use it as they can't stand up to do it especially for as long as you would to finish a quilt.  Handi Quilter has a vast range of different ones and I can't wait to play with the sit down one!  :-) We are still a lot of months out, but there is a light out there!  We may even have a place just down the street. We are waiting on the agent to get back to me on costs. They are building a new strip mall just down from us and it's walking distance in the summer which means I can walk home.(maybe! lol)
